Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer

Returns & Refund Policy

Returns (Change of Mind) 

We want you to love your case but if it's not the right fit, we accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You have 72 hours from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.Please provide us with your order number and return reason.
  • The case must be returned in original, unused condition,no scratches, marks, or signs of use, with original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We are a small business and cannot cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Wrong Phone Model

Its okay to make mistakes but please double-check your phone model before placing your order.If you selected the wrong model:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at zeyacases@gmail.com with your order number and the correct phone model.
  • We will do our best to update your order before it is processed and shipped.
  • Requests made after 48 hours cannot be accommodated, the order will be fulfilled as placed and the customer is responsible for the selection made.

Defective or Incorrect Items 

We stand behind the high quality of our products. If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zeyacases@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
  • We will offer a free replacement or full refund,no return shipping required for verified defects.
  • Requests submitted after 48 hours cannot be processed, as we are unable to verify the condition of the item.

Non-Returnable Conditions 

Items will not be accepted for return if they show:

  • Signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer
  • Missing original packaging
