Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at zeyacases@gmail.com and include:

  • your order number
  • clear photos showing the issue

Each request will be reviewed individually.

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:
